Shipping & Returns

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed the following working day (Monday to Friday) from the order being placed and are shipped within 48 hours, with the exception of Pre-Ordered items and Personalised Jerseys. In the event that we are out of stock in one or more items on your order you will be contacted by email as soon as possible.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

New Zealand

Courier Post

We offer two different options Standard Post, which is tracked and the courier has authority to leave the parcel even if no one is home, and Signature Required, which is also tracked however a Signature is required at the address provided for delivery to be completed. Both services are estimated to be overnight, however please allow an extra day for delivery in Rural areas.

Click and Collect

We offer a Click and Collect option from the Warriors Superstore at Mt Smart Stadium from 10am to 4pm on weekdays or during any Home Game for customers in the Auckland area. These orders are processed the following working day from when the order is placed and an email will be sent to advise when the order is ready to be collected. If you arrive prior to this email being sent your order may not have been processed and you may be asked to return to collect the order at a later date.


Metro Areas

Shipping to Metro areas is provided through Fedex International Priority services and estimated delivery times are 2 to 3 working days from the shipping date of the order.

Rural Areas

We offer two shipping options to rural areas: NZ Post International Courier, estimated delivery times are 3 to 6 working days from the shipping date of the order. Fedex International Priority, estimated delivery times are 2 to 3 working days from the shipping date of the order.


All shipping times provided are estimates and delays relating to processing times depots or customs clearances are out of our control, therefore we cannot guarantee that delivery will be made within the estimated times provided.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose where possible. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

Import Tax for International Orders

GST is not charged on any orders placed outside of NZ and AUS, however the customer may be required to pay tax on the goods upon arrival in the destination country. This is dependent on the customs regulations of individual countries and it is the customers responsibility to be familiar with these regulations.

Returns and Exchange Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When returning an item, you can post it to Playbill NZ Ltd, P.O. Box 112187, Penrose, Auckland 1642 (this is for a parcel without a tracking number), or Courier it to Playbill NZ Ltd, c/- Mt Smart Stadium, 2 Beasley Ave, Penrose, Auckland 1061 (if posting to this address the parcel MUST have a tracking number. Please also include a brief note with your contact details, order number and exchange request so we can process this quicker.

If you are returning an item for exchange within New Zealand please also include a self-addressed pre-paid return postage bag for us to send your exchanged item in. For those wanting to exchange items outside of New Zealand you will need to provide credit card details, so we can charge the additional postage upon receipt of the items you wish to exchange.

Please note that we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on personalised jerseys as they are no longer considered to be in a new condition
